The Listowel Kinsmen purchased the old Canadian National Railway station (the Kin Station) for $75,000. The Club uses the Kin Station today as a venue for public and private events.

The Kinsmen Recreation Complex (Kin Park) was created at $400,000 with assistance from the Listowel Kinette Club and Provincial Government. This complex provided two soccer fields, two baseball diamonds (with lighting), a pavilion, and a playground.

Received $180,000 grant from the Ontario Trillium Fund. The funds were used to improve the Kin Station with wheelchair access, a new steel roof, as well as lifting the entire hall section of the building to provide a new foundation as the previous one sat on old timber posts.
